All meat weights vary, so below lists the approximate weights you will receive each bi-weekly delivery:

We raise our animals naturally and humanely at our family farm outside San Benito. We are a Certified Naturally Grown farm, and our cows & pigs are grass fed on rotating pastures. We raise Black Angus cows, and we have introduced F2 Wagyu into our beef lineup, which will be available soon. Meat cuts are all based on availability. We have the right to substitute any meat for other cuts of meat. For example, if we run out of ground beef, we can substitute other cuts of beef or pork. If we are out of chicken, we will substitute it with beef or pork. We will be happy to accommodate your likes and dislikes, just let us know.
