CD&J Mini Ranch’s BEEF & CHICKEN Protein Pack - $710 payment in full or 8 payments of $90.00.

This Beef & Poultry Protein Pack consists of approximately 16 pounds of ground Beef, 24 pounds of Beef cuts, 8 Chickens weighing approx. 3 to 4 pounds, and 16 dozen farm fresh Eggs.  

All meat weights vary, so below lists the approximate weights you will receive each bi-weekly delivery:
2 pounds of ground beef 
3 pounds of beef cuts 
1 Chicken 
2 dozen eggs
 
*Subscription consists of 8 deliveries and will renew automatically unless cancelled by the customer.

Beef cuts may include sirloin steak, round steak, ribeye steak, beef cutlets, beef ribs, ground beef, shoulder steak, beef shanks, etc. 
Chickens may include Cornish Cross or American Bresse.
 
We raise our animals naturally and humanely at our family farm outside San Benito. We are a Certified Naturally Grown farm, and our cows & pigs are grass fed on rotating pastures.   We raise Black Angus cows, and we have introduced F2 Wagyu into our beef lineup, which will be available soon.  Meat cuts are all based on availability. We have the right to substitute any meat for other cuts of meat. 
For example, if we run out of ground beef, we can substitute other cuts of beef or pork. If we are out of chicken, we will substitute it with beef or pork.  We will be happy to accommodate your likes and dislikes, just let us know. We appreciate your understanding that nature has a way of throwing curve balls into best laid plans.
