At CD&J Mini Ranch we raise Angus beef on our 35 acres outside San Benito, Texas. Our beef is Certified Naturally Grown and raised without hormones, additives, or antibiotics. We process our animals through a USDA and state certified processor. Our soup bones can come from the neck, femur or hock , some have meat on them and make great bases for so many wonderful soups.  These bones are sold by the package and are approximately one pound.   Soup bones are also high in collagen and amino acids that support joint health.
