At CD&J Mini Ranch we offer slabs of  pork belly from our Kunekune and IPP pigs, a smaller meat and lard pig.  Make your own bacon, pork belly burnt ends, or bake whole for a crispy top and a juicy middle. This pork belly is skin off and uncured. It is at its best being prepared using a slow cooking method such as braising.
